Healthy Menstruation
This workshop aims to help participants understand their menstrual cycle and menstruation as a vital sign of health. Menstruating every month makes us healthy women; feeling healthy, rather than "imperfect," transforms the way women and menstruating people experience.
Menstrual blood speaks every month
This workshop encourages participants to develop a close relationship with their menstruation by observing, recognizing, and interpreting their own menstrual blood. The goal is to understand each person's healthy patterns rather than adhering to patterns imposed by medical science or the femcare industry.

During the workshop, the participants will come into contact with different reusable menstrual products, in addition to learning the realities and myths about them, since the use of these products must always be thought of in context and according to the needs and comfort of the users.
